About this job
The technician will resolve Third Party Rejects, System Exceptions and Manual Exceptions based on a first in first out basis. The technician will communicate with patients, prescribers and third party plans to resolve exceptions as needed.
-Resolve Exceptions/Issues in a timely manner.
-Release exceptions from PROMISE system.
-Work with client systems to access on-line eligibility.
-Identifies and communicates issues to the Group Supervisor and/or Call Center Pharmacists.
-Telephone communication with Plans, Processors, Patients, etc.
-Other duties as needed such as assisting with Order Entry, Registration, and, and Outbound Call Center.
-calls are about 3-5 minutes each with prescribers and patients. Approx 15-18 calls per hour.
