PrideStaff San Ramon has an immediate opening for an energetic, self motivated professional to assist recruiters by performing administrative, clerical and recruiting support functions, and to offer marketing assistance to attract candidates and clientele.

Job Description:
  • Manage all inbound/outbound calls
  • Office Administration
  • File Management & Clerical Support
  • Recruiting Support
  • Marketing/Sales Calls
  • On-going Projects & Other Essential Tasks as Needed
  • Perform pre-interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews
  • Create job ads and job templates
Job Requirements:
  • Skills to type 35 words per minute
  • Good computer skills - CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • 2 year degree preferred or recent graduate
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines and assignments
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills
