Full Time Machine Assembler Position!!

Job Description:
* Assembly and tooling of new and used packaging equipment
* Capable user of all measuring devices, tape measure, Venier Caliper, Sound and temperature sensors
* Shop math skills required
* Documentation skills for accurate recording of machine assembly details, as built specifications, correction of assembly Bills of Material, etc.
* Trouble-shooting / machine center-lining, (requires diagnostic skills acquired from experience working with packaging equipment or related)
* Proficient use of hand drills, familiar with basic machine shop tools - lathe, milling machine, hand grinders, hand polishing, sheet metal break, sheet metal shear
* Knowledge of repairing and troubleshooting pneumatic components
* Basic electrical skills including reading of simple schematic/wiring diagrams a plus
* Basic tig welding experience is a plus
* Previous experience performing set up and change-over of packaging machines a plus
* Knowledge of the mechanical working principles of packaging machines and equipment
