Accounting temp - Full-time / Part-time

Ensures that all incoming monies are processed timely and accurately and posted to the proper customer accounts. (60%)

Ensures that invoices and credit memos are processed timely and accurately on a daily basis. (20%)

Ensures that customer balances are properly credited by applying credit memos and all write-offs of sales tax, discounts, bad debt, etc.(10%)

Assists internal and external customers with questions concerning invoices and/or payment applications by researching and resolving these questions and communicating the results to the inquirer. (5%)

Ensures that customers are reimbursed promptly for over payments or duplicate payments received by submitting check request vouchers to Accounts Payable, applying incoming payments to the appropriate accounts, and sending the proper documentation to the customer.(5%)
