About this job

Takes approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day.
Assist members in enrolling for insurance plans and going over various insurance options
Answer questions around submitted/denied claims
Assist members in getting set up for monthly payments and explain any billing questions

The calls received by the candidates will be transnational. This position is responsible for managing basic inquiries from active, terminated, and prospective members of Medica. They will be a point of contact for members and assist in resolving service problems for claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy as well as interpreting contracts and explaining benefits to members.They are responsible for exceptional levels of service satisfaction. They will navigate multiple systems to look up members plans and document all activities on each call.
