The Branch Managers must have a proven track record of success with helping grow a company and experience with building and managing relationships with people and employees as well as potential and existing clients. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the *Cookeville Branch* while also leading a team of branch personnel. The selected candidate should have previous sales as well as operations experience as the *Branch Manager spends approximately 60% of their time performing sales related activities and new business development and 40% on branch operational functions*.
Responsibilities*
Manage and mentor office staff
Execute daily operations of the branch
Hire, train, and develop full time employees
Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives
Ensure compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices
Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships
Manage branch P&L through cost savings initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Previous Management and sales experience required (1-3 years)
Prior staffing experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Experience working in an industrial or warehouse setting
Superior customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Human Resources/Employment Law
Ability to motivate and lead
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal in English
Previous Branch Manager experience in staffing is a plus ?
