Express Employment Professionals is seeking a candidate that holds excellent customer service skills.
This position is located in Emerson, IA and Red Oak, IA. Candidates must have a valid driver's license due to traveling between the locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with new product setup
- Troubleshooting the product over the phone with customers
- Inbound/Outbound calling to assure customer and product satisfaction
- Inventory control
- Ordering process
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure & solve problems
- MS Office
- Must be detail and process oriented
- HS Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting 20 – 40 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$11.50/hr. during training period – Commission based opportunities after completion of training
