We have a great part-time, long term opportunity for a professional Marketing Assistant who is looking to make a difference in the Springfield community! In this Marketing Assistant role, help a local commercial real estate broker maintain and establish new business. If you are creative, tech savvy, have experience with social media postings, are a "big picture" thinker, detail-oriented and organized... then we want to hear from you!
The Marketing Assistant will work a flexible schedule Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, and earn $11-$12 per hour in this evaluation hire role.
Duties Include:
- Responsible for all social media postings
- Answering phones
- Arrange showings
- Data entry into database system
- Creating folders
- Assisting with marketing plans to increase sales
- Management of Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn accounts
- Create and Distribute direct mailings
- Creating brochures and other print materials
