Speedway LLC (Speedway), the nation's second-largest chain of company-owned and -operated gasoline and convenience stores with approximately 2,730 stores in 21 states, is currently hiring exceptional full-time management employees throughout the Greater Columbus, Mansfield, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania areas. Open Interviews are being conducted to fill entry level leadership positions, including Full Time Team Leads (Shift Leader Trainees), Restaurant Managers, and Assistant Managers (Co-Manager Trainees).

What you bring to the Team Lead (Shift Leader Trainee) and Assistant Manager (Co-Manager Trainee) positions:

• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
• Ability to learn how to order products and perform banking duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
• Food preparation including making one of our customer-favorites....coffee!
• Ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program
• A high school diploma/GED
• A valid Driver's License and auto insurance (if required to drive on company business)
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
