Position Summary:

Develop operational policies and programs for each region that will allow the District Managers and Store Managers to achieve Company and Division goals, budgets, and objectives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in implementing business and strategic plans for Ruler Stores.
• Ensure that each business unit is run in an efficient manner, clean, profitable and has a customer friendly environment.
• Implement programs to achieve expense goals.
• Implement programs to achieve marketing strategies to attain both sales and gross profit goals.
• Establish programs to protect the assets of the company, including shrink, security safety, internal theft, and assure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate and participate in any special project or request as directed.
• Uphold and enforce all Company policies, and local, state and federal regulations.
• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties, complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Store Management experience
• System and software knowledge
• Ability to project and react to business issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Successful Store Manager or District Manager
• 5-7 years of multi-unit retail supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
