Job DescriptionWhole Foods Market Multi-Store Artists are inspirational creative leaders. Responsible for all-Tampa creative and supporting our 4 stores and 4 artists in our Tampa Bay metropolitan area. Responsibilities include supporting in-store artists, Marketing Field Associates, and the Regional Marketing Team in various projects. Projects include hand-drawn and graphically illustrated signage like Chalkboards, Store Signage, Marketing Campaigns, and Fliers – this involves exceptional artistic talent as well as detailed project management skills. They will also provide graphic design support to stores during artist absences for vacations, LOA, and during position openings. The Tampa MSA will travel 60-80% and work out of our stores in Tampa, Carrollwood, Clearwater, and Sarasota on a rotating daily basis. They will also occasionally work out of the Regional Office in Fort Lauderdale, or in different cities to prepare for store openings and renovations. Overnight travel could include a few 2-day trips Monthly, and occasional overnight travel up to 5-days. * Scheduling * No more than 1 day per store/per week. * Schedule rotating store visits on a monthly basis. * Monday – Friday shifts, must be available to work nights, weekends and holiday as needed. * Holidays are encouraged but optional with PTO * LOA, Vacation, open positions take priority over monthly. * Includes regular retail shifts and weekends. * Store Openings/Renovations take priority over everything. * All Multi-Store Artists are required on-site for any store openings in Florida. * Supporting Store Artists * Printing All-Store Marketing Materials and Signage * Includes pricing updates, sign packages, new programs, etc. * Includes cutting/laminating/merchandising * Graphic design and hand-drawn illustration. * Train Team Members on new programs. * Train new artists. * Support Marketers in upholding merchandising standards. * Ensure in-store processes are being met such as: * Designated printer times * Proper sign requests * Scheduled sign walks and recaps * Support Regional Marketing * Art direction, design, and project management for All-Store Marketing design projects * Including large in-store campaigns, print ads, holiday collaborations, etc. * Social Media/Advertising * Assist Marketers with a database of creative assets including: * Stylized photography * GIF/Animation * Ad Templates * Short videos * Travel * Requires 60-80% travel. * Responsible for claiming mileage and travel expenses. * Will work from stores in metro area, regional office and/or on-site to support new store openings and renovations. * Communication * Communicate Effectively with Store Leadership, MFA, SGAs, Team Members, Buyers, Coordinators, Regional Marketing Team. * Ability to give and receive clear and constructive feedback. * Ability to clearly outline store visits to Regional Marketing Team. * Ability to communicate and present during artists meetings. * Strong customer service skills.
