Warehouse Associate - Order Selector

We are looking to hire operators/order selectors for Gist, a leading third part warehouse that services local and nationwide Starbucks locations! This is a full time position with many advancement opportunities. Hours:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6am
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 5pm
All shifts are 8-10 hours long
O/T and weekend work required on an as needed basis depending on the daily work loads. Shift times may vary.

Pay and Benefits:

$12.75/Hour
Medical, dental, vision, term life insurance and short term disability available.

**..Temp to perm details..** Once hired perm to Gist:

Instant pay increase to $13.00/Hour.
Pay increase to $13.50/Hour once meeting increased production goal level 1.
Pay increase to $14.00/Hour once meeting increased production goal level 2.

Requirements:

Will train the right person, looking for hard and reliable workers.
Excellent attendance is a must.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs continuously.
Must be able to bend, squat, lift and twist for up to 10 hours per shift.
Great worksite for advancement!
Background and drug screen required.
Good interpersonal skills are required to work in a team environment.
General warehouse labor experience is preferred.
6 months experience with RF scanner is preferred.
