About this job

  • The QA Line Technician is responsible for completing production line checks with regard to food safety, quality, and legality. This position will be responsible for all daily production paperwork approvals and retain sample program.
  • Duties and Essential Functions
  • Timely production line quality checks including: Lot codes, Product Labeling, BOM���s, Net Weight, Torque, and Pressure and Crimp settings on the spray line.
  • Labeling and storage of retention samples.
  • Review and sign production paperwork for completeness and accuracy within 7 working days.
  • Place non-conforming finished goods and raw materials on Hold as required.
  • Ensure cGMP���s are being followed by all facility staff and work closely with production supervisors when a non-conformance is identified for quick resolution.
  • Communicate and/or train Production staff on QA topics.
  • Coordinate or assist in root cause analysis for Corrective Actions.
  • Other assignments as deemed appropriate and related to duties by QA Manager.
