About this job
Mechanic
Service equipment as required to ensure proper working condition when leaving the shop.
Fabricate parts and equipment as required to meet shop and customer needs.
Assists other mechanics with loading and unloading of equipment
Assists other mechanics with repairs and maintenance of equipment
May diagnose simple mechanical equipment problems
Perform safety inspections on equipment and maintains a clean and safe shop work environment.
Conducts preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down time in the field.
Cleans the shop and work area as necessary to maintain a safe work environment.
Meets all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
