We care about the individual needs of our staff and pride ourselves on matching caregivers to our clients that fit the requested skills, experience, personality, etc. We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED, caring, patient, compassionate and reliable Caregivers and CNAs who have a genuine interest in working with senior citizens and others in need of assistance.
Candidates for either of these positions MUST possess the following:
- 1+ year(s) PROFESSIONAL experience in the non-medical or fully-medical, in-home care field dealing with elderly adults and people with disabilities
- A love for the senior community
- A compassionate, upbeat attitude
- Good English and communication skills - Bilingual also a plus!
- A strong commitment to reliability and ethics
- A clear background:
Employee records must be exempt of all: THEFTS, SUSPENSION OF DRIVER'S LICENSE, VIOLENCE of ANY KIND, DRUG/ALCOHOL/GAMBLING, etc. We CAN NOT hire a potential employee with ANY conviction on their record. Our employees are trusted with vulnerable seniors and people with handicaps. - Ability to perform light housework, prepare meals, run errands, etc. for clients as needed.
- Ability to work on an hourly basis, 12 hour shifts (either AM or PM), short, 3-4hr split shifts, or 1-2 24-hour "live-in" shift(s) for clients needing constant attention ("live-ins" are highly sought after!).
