Dishwasher

We are currently hiring for Dishwashers. Some responsiblities include:

• Provides guest and employees with clean, sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment.
• Ensures service ware is sanitized and available as needed.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Complete assigned prep work and cleaning duties.
• Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.

Qualification Standards:

• Lift and carry sacks and cases of up to 70 pounds up to 20 times per shift: places these items on high shelves and in walk in cooler
• Frequently immerses hands in water
• Stands/walks most of 6-8 hour shifts
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Work frequently in a hot, cold and damp environment
