Commercial Sales Consultant

Our Commercial Sales Consultant will work on exciting projects which include industry leading efforts like growing our large loss business, and the development of Commercial Sales training. Our Commercial Sales Consultant is like no other, and we don’t expect you are either. We’d like someone with a solid background in sales/marketing within the commercial restoration industry, and experience in building strong relationships, initially, via cold calls. Especially if you are experienced in property claims, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements: Experience in restoration is not manditory but is preferred

  • HSD/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 + years’ experience of sales/marketing in catastrophe, restoration, insurance and/or claims industry.
  • Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills via cold call selling.
  • Property insurance claims experience is a plus.
  • Experience with disaster recovery plans is desired.
  • Skilled in the development of a sales management system, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Strong written, verbal and in-person communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
  • Great organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and growing industry.
