Scheduler/HR Coordinator

A fast-paced, rapidly growing non-medical agency is seeking a dynamic individual to handle recruiting, staffing and scheduling for potential CareGivers.  This individual must thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to manage a high volume of phone work, problem solving and have the skill of multi-tasking.

An ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and have good written and oral communication skills as well as be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. 

Job responsibilities for Staffing Coordinator:

  • Daily responsibility for a scheduling a large 24/7 care team meeting client staffing demands. 
  • Creating and maintaining the client calendars in our scheduling software to reflect accurate caregiver assignments and client shifts.
  • Recruiting, hiring and retaining top quality non-medical caregivers
  • Understand the recruitment cycle and keeping applicants and new caregiver flowing through the hiring process, beginning with interviews all the way through Orientation and Training.
  • Oversee all background and references checks, as well as insuring the completion of testing and post-offer documentation for each possible hire.
  • Document track and maintain accountability standards
  • Comfortable discussing the standards, mission and values of the company to potential applicants.
