Administrative Assistant

SERVPRO of Long Beach seeks experienced Administrative Assistant to work in fast paced office.

Applicants must be capable of handling customer service calls, customer job files and follow up, and be extremely experienced using Excel and Microsoft Outlook.  Candidates who make it through to the final round of interviews will be tested on their Excel skills. 

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing job files.

2. Managing photos of job sites.

3. Managing daily job file paperwork.

4. Customer Service.
