Relief Cook
Performs duties of the Fry Cook, Meat Cook, and Vegetable Cook to fill in when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Prepares finished vegetable, meat, and dinner items according to recipes and menu.
- Displays food items on serving line or buffet bar according to established standards.
- Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
- Maintains standards of food safety.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.
