Operate a wood-fired oven
Greet and interact with Guests to create a "wow" experience every time
Bake menu items perfectly
Hand push dough
Follow all procedures to ensure high standards of quality and speed
Maintain a clean station at all times
Work quickly and efficiently as a team player
