Bring your skills and talents to the people you support! This position offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement. The Arc Macon is looking for motivated, energetic and creative staff who will provide services and coordinate activities in the community to individuals receiving support in their homes to gain additional skills and live as independently as possible. In this position, staff members help the person they support with discovering meaningful ways for the participant to contribute to the community through volunteering and recreational activities. Earn $11.30 to $13.80/hour.
Position requires six months experience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities (personal or professional experience is accepted) and valid Georgia Driver’s License.
Required qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6+ months of experience in the personal care & services industry
- Valid driver's license
