Cashier/Shift Leader

Job Summary

• Operates cash register to accept payment for merchandise or services.
• Take orders via phone and in person
• Prepare to-go orders for customers.

General Accountabilities

• Greets customers with Positive and Welcoming attitude
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
• Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Bag takeout items in preparation for customer.
• Maintains clean and orderly Areas/Bathroom
