Looking for the next top stylist in Somerville! Salon Milage is located in the heart of Davis Square and we have plenty of space to expand our team of talented hair stylists. We are an established salon with many re-peat customers, however are we are also in a prime location for New Clients as well. We are in high demand for Balayage services and a stylist with this specialty skill set is a huge plus! We prefer experience & proven track record of results, however, we'll consider a candidate looking to build a career and NOT a job. This position would be directly supporting and learning from a Level IV Stylist at our salon and is a fantastic opportunity to Super Charge your career by learning from a Top Stylist.\r\n\r\nOur philosophy is to always encourage improvement and for our team to stay informed on latest techniques. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience and a client base. We are however willing to train the right match and help build your business. An example, is a stylist that demonstrates the passion to learn and improve, outgoing/friendly personality, and an ability to perform multi tasks of the business, including front desk responsibilities and product sales.\r\nA clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Along with this a desire to improve.\r\nIdentify services that you would like to build your career upon and self knowledge of what makes you the most productive.\r\nBeing a team player and the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.\r\nCompensation will be based on experience.
