Parts Manager

Valley Forklift, a leading equipment dealer in Stockton has an immediate opening for a parts department manager. We have been serving the Central Valley area for over 20+ years.

Duties:
Manages parts department and parts personnel.
Keeps inventory levels at appropriate levels to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.
Gives direction to department personnel to keep the area clean and organized.
Places stock and emergency orders to maintain orders being filled and warehouse inventory levels.
Performs inventory audits.
Transfers parts for other branches.
Arranges department personnel schedules to make sure department is covered for all open store hours.
Answers phones and responds to email request for parts from outside customers and internal departments of service and sales.

Experience:
Intermediate Computer skills.
Previous Parts Department experience, +2 years preferred.
Prior Material Handling experience preferred.
Experience in supervising other individuals, is desirable.
