Compensation

• Average Weekly Earning Potential: $1,500-$1,600
  • 1-2 stops average per day with daily backhaul.
  • $100 bonus per week for weekly on-time attendance and weekly on-time deliveries
  • Earn $250 per week with a daily backhaul pickup!
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Daily!
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 8:00 p.m. - midnight start times
• Operating Area: PA, VA, MD, & DE (no city runs) 
• No Touch Freight

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo 
• 53’ trailers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Greencastle, PA  or be willing to relocate for this position
