Sous Chef

MAD Hospitality, LLC, a new Hospitality organization headquartered and operating in beautiful downtown Madison, GA, is seeking an experienced sous chef.

MAD Hospitality is focused on excellent customer service and superior food and beverage offerings in unique and inviting venues. Teamwork is a cornerstone of our service philosophy. We are looking for a sous chef who shares our passion for excellent food and technical service – a candidate that will drive the team through prep and fast-paced daytime and dinner services and is committed to a chef- and product-driven menu, warm hospitality, and cutting-edge design. YOU POSSESS:

· Experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager

· Strong leadership capability with an emphasis on leading by example

· Unmatched professionalism and the highest standards for cleanliness and organization

· Advanced knife skills

· Experience with labor management, costing and recipe development

· Strong problem-solving skills, communication and time management ability

· A focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation

· An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate

· A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
