Job Description
MAD Hospitality, LLC, a new Hospitality organization headquartered and operating in beautiful downtown Madison, GA, is seeking an experienced sous chef.

We are looking for a sous chef who shares our passion for excellent food and technical service – a candidate that will drive the team through prep and fast-paced daytime and dinner services and is committed to a chef- and product-driven menu, warm hospitality, and cutting-edge design. YOU POSSESS:
· Experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager
· Strong leadership capability with an emphasis on leading by example
· Unmatched professionalism and the highest standards for cleanliness and organization
· Advanced knife skills
· Experience with labor management, costing and recipe development
· Strong problem-solving skills, communication and time management ability
· A focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation
· An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
· A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
