Job Summary
- Assists in all activities related to daily operations, customer service, and sanitation
- Responsible for daily opening or closing checklists.
- Completes checklists each day - opening/closing/cleaning.
General Accountability and Essential Job Functions
- Ensure that CPC customer service standards are being practiced
- Greeting customers as they are approaching the admissions counter
- Assisting customers with bundles, deals, promos - providing them with options if they ask
- Cleaning of the dining area is completed multiple times a day
- Completes Opening and Closing Checklists to a satisfactory standard
- Opening tasks are completed and initialed
- Closing tasks are completed, initialed and verified
- Cleaning checklists are being completed
- Learning all positions
