Janitor/ Monitor for Outdoor Shopping Center

We are a Commercial services Company, seeking Commercial Property Monitor/Porter, to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will pick-up trash, window clean, remove graffiti, patrol, create electronic reports, and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks at a Large outdoor mall.

Responsibilities:

- Remove all trash from common areas of shopping centers

- Clean common area restrooms

- Monitor Common Areas for suspicious Individuals and Activity

- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

- Make our presence known

- Help porters pick up trash and clean when needed.

- Report Incidents

- Trespass IndividualsResponsibilities:

- Monitor Common Areas for suspicious Individuals and Activity

Qualifications:

- Must be able to walk/ stand for 8 hours. In the heat and cold.

- Must have strong communication skills.

- Must be able to take direction well.

- Must have a reliable form of transportation.

- Must be able to work weekends.

- If considered for DRIVER position, Must provide driving record pulled from DMV.
