Roofing Sales Representative

A New Look Exteriors is searching for a personable, hard-working, honest Sales Representative to contact prospective clients via cold-prospecting. Sales Reps will offer roofing inspections for our prospects, and then perform the inspection or schedule a time to return to do the inspection. Safety is important, so no high or steep roofs. Use of a drone is allowed if the sales rep purchases the drone and has appropriate licenses.

More people than ever are looking to update their homes. This position is the tip of the spear for our sales process. Lots of opportunity to earn great income and help our community.

A New Look ownership has over 50+ years of combined experience in roofing inspections, sales, and insurance claims. We are also an Andersen Window Partner and we sell siding, gutters, concrete and more.

Job Responsibilities

• This position cold-calls homeowners by knocking doors in defined areas. Training provided
• This is a hunter sales position.  You must network, leave cards, join groups, knock doors
• Go to jobs and get referrals
• Attend chamber meetings and network
• Create a referral network
• Bring NEW business in to the company

Compensation

This is a performance job. Successful people will make a great income.

$40,000 qualifying base and then commission structure. Target earnings for sales reps are $65,000-$150,000+ per year. Most good reps will make 6 figures.
