JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL

Necessary to have the physical stamina to perform. The job is physical. Standing for extended periods, lots of lifting, repetitive motion, heat and humidity, as well as lifting and reaching are all part of the game.

MENTAL AGILITY

Must be mentally sharp and can sort multiple tasks in their head and multi-task constantly. This ability is critical in the fast-paced, decision-in-the-moment environment of a busy kitchen.
