• Knowledge of mechanical codes.
• Knowledge of sizing and selecting equipment and materials.
• Ability to estimate labor requirements.
• Prior HVAC&R project management experience / knowledge is a plus, but we welcome candidates who possess a history of strong leadership in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with design and estimating of projects.
• Equipment selections.
• Conduct meetings with Seaman’s Account Managers, Installation Leadsmen, GC’s and customers.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and others.
• Prepare and follow up on construction / installation schedules.
• Ensure projects are kept on schedule and completed within budget.
• Stay up to date with market changes, industry conditions, and new technology.
• Continuously improve your skills through ongoing learning and development.
