Barista - Full-time / Part-time

Petit Three Doughnuts is looking for a Barista to join our team! This is a great opportunity if you believe great coffee matters you love doughnuts and you want to work in the trendiest doughnut / coffee shop in town!

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hr! Starting wage is $15.00 per Hour + Tips, which should average $2.50-$3.25/hr!!

Shifts:

Morning Crew: 5:30am - 10:30pm

Afternoon Crew 10:30pm - 3:30pm

About Us: Petit Three Doughnuts is a minority owned gourmet doughnut shop, founded in Aurora, IL. As a gourmet doughnut / coffee shop we are looking to create the trend NOT follow one. We’re not serving up your standard doughnut; we are serving up amazing doughnuts like our fan favorites: Jalapeño Crumble, Cinnamon Coffee Cake and Dreamy Matcha.

Barista:

• Understands and follows all food service health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and uphold all sanitation standards of all workstations and equipment.
• Demonstrate an ability to self express with amazing latte art :)
• Adhere to all Petit Three recipes and procedures assigned by management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in measuring, weighing and preparation times as outlined in the  beverage menu guidelines.
• Assist with Daily inventory check to ensure sufficient inventory is available for each shift.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while also keeping the serving and cashier stations clean and stocked with essentials.
• Accomplish daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments.
• Communicate with management on possible ways to create more efficiency in the production process. As an early member of the Petit Three team your thoughts and opinions are valuable.

Qualifications:

• A love for doughnuts and coffee!!

• An active cell phone and gmail account.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Current Food Handlers card or ServSafe Certification.
