Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist
Office Position - PART TIME (Santee- East County)

Description of Company
We are a general contractor located in Santee, CA. We handle mostly insurance work such as water and fire losses to residential homes in San Diego, CA.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience as an administrative assistant. This is a part time position. Once hired, training would start immediately. We prefer someone who lives close to Santee, so transportation is not an issue.

Duties include
• Answering phones - Setting appointments, making job folders.
• Must be familiar with Quickbooks, Outlook (Email), Excel and Word
• Data entry and filing – Entering checks, Invoice and other data into Quickbooks
• Assisting upper management - Creating and sending invoices to customers
• Sending out flooring samples
• General tech troubleshooting.

Rate of Pay
• Hourly Wage Starting at ($16.00-18.00) Based on experience.

Hours
• Tentatively Monday - Friday from (8:30am -- 1:30pm)
• Total of 5 hours a day for a total of 25hrs a week.
