need individual with the ability to multitask and perform in a high volume kitchen efficiently. Speed and accuracy are essential to your performance. Will be required to prepare multiple orders expeditiously but also ensure items on a plate finish at the same time. Time management is necessary to ensure kitchen staff during slower periods are preparing for later peak times by restocking, cleaning of the area, preparing more ingredients, etc.

Communication and teamwork are vital. Must be able to take direction from management staff without conflict and be able to work with others in close proximity and maintain a can-do attitude during peak, high pressure hours.

Weekends are mandatory.
