COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH)

• Base Salary: $300's with 2-year Guarantee plus bonus
• Sign on bonus: Up to $15K
• CME: Up to $5K with allotted days off
• Relocation: $5K
• Pension and 403b:
  • Employer will contribute 12% of your annual salary vested 3 years
• Paid Time Off
  • 42 days off = 3 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year one, 4 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year two.
• Full Benefits Package: 401k, life, Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Irrevocable Trust
• Malpractice and tail are 100% covered.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH)

• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Call: 5-7 weeks per year divided equally among all facility. Some Saturdays 8a-12p

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH)  

• Fellowship trained in Neuro-Ophthalmology
• Able to do Surgical Neuro.
• BC/BE (within 1 year of hire)
• We are not able to process Visas.
