Marketing Partnership Relationship Manager

Join our team as the Annexus Marketing Partnership Relationship Manager (“AMP Manager”).   The AMP Program is invitation only for our top advisors, currently compromised of approximately 250 people representing almost $2B in annual premium production.   This is a unique position requiring, and offering an opportunity to apply, a unique skillset in the financial services industry.

As the AMP Manager, your total compensation will be up to $200,000 total (base + bonus) to start (commensurate with experience), with opportunity to grow based on the success of the AMP program.

Essential Functions of the AMP Manager

• Drive all facets of the AMP participant experience
• Build relationships with AMP participants
• Increase advisor retention in the AMP Program
• Work with our Sales Directors to drive sales
• Be the primary point of contact for our AMP participants, both in-coming communication and proactive outreach via both phone, email AND in person as required
• Monitor AMP participant performance and brainstorming re individual opportunities
• Provide input on potential AMP participant invitations
• Responsible for suggesting and implementing improvements/tweaks/add-ons to the AMP program based on the knowledge gained from interactions with AMP participants
• Brainstorm regarding AMP participant events and other program improvements and value-adds

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with all levels of management and internal/external clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and creative thinking; smart
• Collaborative and respectful; team-oriented personality
• Financial services experience required
• Ability to travel 40% of the time
