Position Summary:

The Sales Recruiter will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the core values of our company. The ideal candidate will increase the regional client base through phone marketing, implementation of inside sales techniques, and by tailoring products and services offered to individual agent needs. The successful Career Marketing Advisor will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expand client base and increase profitability through the implementation of strategic marketing workflows, policies, and practices
  • Learn, retain, and deliver product / industry information and sales support to clients
  • Learn internal systems
  • Self-motivate, learn, and apply sales techniques to achieve set marketing goals for outreach calls and new client contracts
  • Ability to recruit new agents  
  • New carrier and new agent onboarding 
  • Perform tasks and duties within deadlines given
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, supervisors, and direct reports
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry training seminars as needed
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly
  • Appropriately track and prioritize volume, productivity, and issues
  • Accurately input information into tracking systems within required time frames
  • Navigate various websites, including social media platforms, and computer systems, adding necessary information / documentation within required time frame
  • Work on a variety of projects such as planning and coordinating meetings, creating and preparing presentations, communicating information, and running reports using a variety of applications 
  • Coordinate and prioritize work to support the needs of multiple teams 
  • Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe
