We are a respite agency looking for unlicensed caregivers. If you have some caregiving experience, personal and professional, with developmental disabilities we want to hear from you! All cases are non-medical respite care done within the home of the consumer. Our consumers care would include meal preparation, companionship, oral and skin care, restroom care/help (as needed) and other daily living activities. If you want to get a start on your caregiving career or just enjoy helping others, this may be the job for you! We have cases that range in age, need and schedules that can be part time or full time, we'll work with your availability!

In-Home Staffing is a staffing agency based in the Antelope Valley that works with the Regional Centers in North L.A. County, Kern County and San Bernardino County to provide basic respite caregivers for consumers who have developmental disabilities. Our respite workers duties are all non-medical, they are there to provide a break from the unusual care our consumers need from their loved ones. Our caregivers can provide companionship, stimulating engagement, skin care, oral care, restroom help/care, basic meal prep, medication reminders and other, non-medical, care that might be needed.
