Family Medicine at FQHC - In Indiana - 1 Hour from 3 Metro Cities

Recruiting family medicine physician to work in community health center setting (FQHC); primarily low income and patients with high needs. Practice includes working alongside three nurse practitioners as well as teaching family medicine residents. NHC offers primary care, mental health and family planning services. Care coordination and remote patient monitoring is available. Financial, medication, transportation assistance. NHC offers assistance with food, formula, diapers, clothing, hygiene supplies. Physician must be comfortable providing family planning services; IUD placement, birth control, SDI testing and treatment. Physician must be invested in quality and holistic care and working with a team. Physician will be the backup physician for the Chief Medical Officer during occasional reserve military deployment. This includes collaborating physician duties for 8 nurse practitioners at 3 clinic locations.

Compensation Details:

• Competitive base salary
• Student loan repayment up to $100K + qualifying PSLF site
• Signing bonus of $60K
• Residency Stipend Available up to $24K
