Physician-Hematology/Oncology opportunity in Academic Environment-Lafayette, LA

Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics (OUHC) has an excellent opportunity for a Hematologist/Oncologist in South  Louisiana. Cancer Center of Acadiana (CCA) is seeking a full-time, employed BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist.  The successful candidate will be expected to practice at OUHC located within 30 minutes of Lafayette, LA in an outpatient clinic setting. 

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology-Oncology
• Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana by date of hire

• Academic environment (residents rotate through clinic)
• Responsible for staffing a full time oncology clinic
• Collaborate with 2 Oncology NP's
• Inpatient Consults 
• No Inpatient or ED call
