Job Details
- Flexible schedule- 4 day work week if desired
- Average daily patient volume is 10
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
- BE/BC in occupational medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
- Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
