Customer Service Representative - NOT A REMOTE POSITION

We are looking to add a few energic Customer Service reps to our team in Ringwood, NJ!

Job Summary: The Customer Service Rep will take calls from customers and help them order products and services.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Takes calls in the call center and takes customers orders.

· Creates Quotes, Converts quotes to orders, and Follows up with customers on needs.

· Works with operations teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.

· Assist customers in reconciling site orders and ensuring rental orders are correct.

· Research customer discrepancies

· Collaborates with the Customer Service Manager on business improvement projects.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required

· At least one year of related experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
