ACI Therapy Billing, a full-service billing and collections company, for physical, occupational and speech therapy practices nationwide, is growing its staff. We have an opportunity for a customer-oriented individual who is committed to meeting or exceeding the company’s standards for timely and accurate clean claim submission and denial follow up.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience in working medical aged AR and claim denials
• Exceptional customer service and telephone skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and computerized billing systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment, manage time efficiently, and multi-task
