Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and management by performing administrative and customer service duties on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about locations ETA's and other pertinent information for drivers and company equipment
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, AND Dispatch
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Experience
