Job Description
SMI Realty Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in SW Houston. The Maintenance position requires two years experience minimum as well as EPA HVAC Universal or Type 2 certification. All applicants must pass a thorough background check and drug test.
As a Maintenance Technician your primary responsibility is to run work order tickets to repair items called in by residents. Our company depends on your expertise to provide a great place to live for our residents. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and make-ready procedures. Must be able to work evenings and weekends when on call.
