The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to, directing the activities and performance of team members, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, friendly efficient guest service, and enforce all company policy at all times. The Assistant Manager will affect these responsibility areas by working closely with the General Manager in providing vision and leadership to team members.
Requirements
This position requires successful previous management experience, preferably in a casual dining restaurant environment. This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds. Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire.
