Catering Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely set up and execution of meetings and events to standards
• Cultivate and foster a positive service-driven culture
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor standards and performance of the team with an emphasis on training, teamwork, and accountability; continually coach and provide constructive and timely feedback
• Provide exceptional guest services that go above and beyond guests' expectations
• Create and maintain the budget; manage payroll and scheduling
• Oversee condition, cleanliness, and inventory of materials and storage area
• Maintain positive and professional working relationships and constant communication across all departments

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a banquet leadership role or restaurant management 
• A strong leader with a proven track record in guest satisfaction and team member engagement
• Ability to creatively problem-solve guests' needs effectively and efficiently
• Team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships with vendors and across departments
• Possess excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure productivity
• Organized with a eye for detail
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
