Customer Sales Specialist

We are looking for a forward thinking, sales professional to provide additional services to our core customer base. In this role, you will interact directly with our existing customers to discover their needs and pair them with other products we offer that they could benefit from.

To be successful in this role, you should have a persuasive attitude, exceptional customer relationship skills and a genuine passion for sales. Ultimately, the sales agent is responsible for improving sales metrics with our existing customers by creating trust and connecting on a personal level.

Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicating with customers and customer service representatives
• Upselling products and services to current clients
• Cross selling product and services to fit a customer's needs
• Gathering information about customer concerns
• Developing aggressive selling strategies based on customer feedback
• Writing and presenting customer behavior reports and metrics
• Building positive relationships with customers and business associates

Sales Agent Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a direct to consumer sales role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing software
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Extreme empathy and patience
• Advanced organizational skills
