North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. Kingman with a population of 34,000 sits at the base of the Hualapai Mountains and is considered the heart of historic Route 66. Its elevation of 3300 feet offers summers more mild than other desert communities and winters more mild than higher mountain towns. To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
